Temp to Perm Placements

We will recruit the right candidate with the necessary skills and experience your business requires and temporarily place them with you at an agreed hourly rate.
S & M Personnel's Temp to Perm policy is that of a twelve week period from point of request.
The client may take the opportunity at the end of a twelve week temp to perm period to retain the candidate at no additional recruitment cost or maybe just continue with the temporary placement at the agreed hourly rate.
